Dead Turbo's?

Hey guys, my car was running pretty good with a slow primary spoolup but holds 10pounds after 4500rpm to redline(before i went non-sequential), then out of nowhere one day it just wouldn't make over 5pounds of boost anywhere in the rev range, i figured i had a boost leak somewhere and had the non-sequential conversion done to my car, and it still only makes 5 pounds of boost, are my turbo's blown? they don't blow or leak any oil, i have a high flow cat and i'am thinking maybe its clogged, what do you pro's out there think
thanx in advance
p.s mods are in the sig

I wouldn't think it would be your cat...did you check all of the major places...the couplers and everything? has the sound changed at all from normal to now? Any new sounds?
