Datalogging with AEM Wideband Uego
I had the rx7 store install the Uego unit for me however they did not connect it to my ecu's datalogger. Does anyone know how to hook it up? There seems to be no documentation online from AEM.
I see 1 giant cable sleeve protecting about 8 cables that appears to flow from the wideband sensor directly to the guage. I do not see any additional cables or a controlling unit I can use for datalogging.
I am trying to prep for a weekend of heavy racing.
What should I be looking for? Whats the trick?

Why don't you have the documentation from AEM that came with the product? You would get better luck posting in AEM's electronics forum on their website. Your setup does have a programmable 0-5V output suitable for sending to the Datalogit.

The other wire which i forget the color now is used to send data elsewhere. Most use it to link to the EMS. but i think with the correct voltage conversion you can link and data log with pretty much anything. I was able to datalog on a greddy profect e01 with my innovate LM1 because I had a separate greddy harness to link them and used a conversion table on the greddy to the specific output of the LM1. I now have the eugo on my FD but have yet to try and link... I have the PFC and I havent even tried to link them. But i was professionally tuned and just it as a checking point. Basically, it can be done. just look at the manual of your aftermarket ecu and see what it says about outside inputs and the eugo manual tells about how to link up to the EMS as I said earlier. Should have enough info with these 2 things. otherwise, check out an AEM forum and they will know.
