dash harness mistery wires, what are they for?

i pulled my dash out today and pulled the harness out, i found these wires around the interment cluster wires cut, soldered to other wires and then cut again, not sure what they go to. my guess is the warning buzzer, power for the cigarette lighter or power for the light that illuminates the cigarette lighter since the original power for the lighter seems to be missing and i think that the buzzer was removed by the previous owner (this could be why the engine was blown when i got it, lol).

thanks, kyle.

There should be 4 plugs that plug into the instrument cluster, one that plugs into the manual light popup button, one for cruise control, and a 2-wire plug for the cigarette lighter with a 2-wire harness for the cigarette lighter light.

You may want to show what connectors you DO have in that area.

Might be to the headlight popup switch, I think that only had a few wires.

yea, i think it might be for the cigarette lighter and its light, the cruise buttons and pop up button work and everything on the insterment cluster seem to work too, any idea which one is which? i'll probably go out with a multimeter later today and see if i can figure it out.
