You are planning to buy pfc. Does that mean you are planning to run your car with the stock ecu for now and try stepping on it after you break in the motor?

I wouldn't step on it even if the motor was broken in unless you have ECU that is turned for your set up. Since you have no cat, you will be hitting well over 10psi for sure....so if I were you, i'd watch out.

The only honda that ever tried to race me was an s2000, most honda owners here no better, mustang are a differnent story. The closer to stock the more they want to race...

I suppose if MZM is telling you that you need a 2500 mile break-in, you should follow their procedures. However, I personally think a 1000 mile break-in is more than enough.

Didn't you upgrade the injectors during the rebuild? Otherwise you will be limited to 13 psi or so. Install the PFC and get it tuned after 1000 miles.
