It appears that my car has damged bushings on the left side, not sure if they are damaged on the right side as well.

Will driving with damaged bushings ruin my rear end or do any harm to the car?

I am planning on getting this problem fixed soon, but I was just wondering how long the I can wait to replace the bushing.
