I get around 20 mpg on most trips..Got a few minor problems atm so I cant boost the car if I want my engine to live.. Often find myself below 2krpm in town. With a full un restricted exhaust, going above 3krpm is pretty loud & tend not to when not on open roads.
i thinking that this was or is a factor when shifting in my fd do to the wide open exhaust i am subconsciously shifting(low rpm) to avoid the loud exhaust.
however this morning after posting this thread i made extra effort in shifting around and above the 3.5k mark.
