its not that bad, lol do what you want to do, not what a bunch of internet personalities want you to do..

If there are too many Cwest FD's around your area then yeah i would think twice about it, but if your the only one around then who the **** cares...

99 Spec is gonna be played out pretty soon

99 spec lip. mazda speed side skirts, carbon fiber rear diffuser, nice set of rims some gt-n's or gramlights with a fat lip, head light converion

that would look super bad *** IMO.

oh, and drop the car an inch or two

With just the C-West kit and no lowering, it will look kinda ghetto. Far more so if you leave the stock wheels on there, what with the wheel/fender gap.

With that type of setup 1/2 inch should do the trick.
I just laugh at all those who gave there opinion on the cwest kit on this thread. The man asked how low he should drop his car not what you think of his personal preference in exterior styling.

There is no should or should not in my opinion. I got a c-west kit with cusco coilovers and 18" rims. Your ride depends on the humps around your area, size of tyres(my 255's rub the rear fender) You can do fender rolling but I decided to just raise the car half an inch - problem solved. Just get the car with all the setup and adjust accordingly after driving the car for awhile. After driving for a week or so you will KNOW how high you want your car to be

If you want to go with some Japanese kits, I've been looking at and really like the Wise Sports kit, they have GP Sports, of course RE Amemiya (if you want to spend closer to 10 grand), all kinds of stuff. Go to this site: http://www.rotaryextreme.com/fdindex.html or go to www.nopistons.com and click on one of the other websites, the rotary extreme site has alot of Japanese kits that are pretty cool. But while I'm on the subject, does anyone know where you can get the kit the Apex'i drift car has? I've been trying for a half a freakin hour to attach pics of it but can't do it right now.

I'm such a dipshit, I just noticed that IS the Vertex kit. Sorry for wasting everyone's time, haha.

wow thanx for the posts.
for adjusting the ride height, is that something that i will be able to do out of my garage, or will i have to take it to a shop to have it done? is it a time consuming thing?

You can do it yourself, but considering how little you actually know, I'd have the shop do it. And BTW, when do you plan on buying that FD little man? With all your posts, you seem to have your imaginary car set up pretty good!
