I am currently attempting to install a BLITZ FMIC with the crooked willow Oil cooler kit, but the damn thermostat is in the way so that I can't mount the radiator vertically. The question is, is it ok to relocate the mocal thermostat and mount it vertically? If I do so, will it starve oil, or will it still be fine? Anyone else out there with a CWC oil cooler kit and also a FMIC??

I wouldn't mount it vertically if I were you. Try doing what I did when I installed mine. I mounted my thermostat directly under the AC compressor. This is easily done and should allow for more clearance needed for a FMIC setup. You will need to dismantly your AC and bend the front AC line to the right so the thermostat will fit. You will also need to swap two of the oil lines from the CWR kit. Everything will fit this way with minor bending of the AC line and recharging your AC being the only negative side effect.
