Custom Test Equipment

I have completed my test kit for teeing into vacuum/pressure lines.

I think I have finally gone off the deep end...

So far, I see no difference between my $100+ boost gauge and my $15 Sunpro cheapo gauge.

I have the PFS gauge...

The only reason I wouldn't use the Sunpro is the needle doesn't light up.

To have a boost gauge that will quickly connect to a rubber hose as opposed of having a loose boost gauge with the nylon hose hangin out the back.

The coffee can also makes it easy to find when he drops it in the engine bay

I wanted a second gauge for vacuum/pressure line testing while keeping my regular boost gauge intact. The loose gauge kept rolling around on the dash.

I find it helpful to monitor both for troubleshooting.

It cost me $15.

Like the bolt I dropped last night...

Fortunately, I had a rag shoved in the y-pipe coupler. The bolt is still MIA.
