Crashed CYM

Unfortunately, there seems to have been a CYM involved in a crash this morning in Jersey. People are talking about it on the facebook RX7 owners group. Hope all involved are ok. Anyone on here?

It always saddens me to see a crashed FD...especially if its not the drivers fault.

whelp, the value of my car just went up $100.

Still saddening though. I'm particularly distraught since it's a CYM but I'm biased.

It doesn't look like Competition Yellow Mica, to me...more of a sunflower yellow.

Look at tt7hvn's for comparison.

Most CYMs have been repainted over the years; mine has. Mine is a more dull yellow color and the wrecked one looks to be more of the original yellow color as it is a lot brighter.

Looks like RPF1s, Amp's old CYM had Fikse FM5. Of course, he did have two of them.

Damn shame. People need to learn how to drive RWD cars in the winter or park them IMO.

That's my old car... it's Bathurst/Sunburst Yellow .

Really sad, I heard about the wreck but this is my first time seeing it. Fortunately it's just a car and I do know that the owner will be alright.

I posted some pics on this page of the sticky thread:
