I've got a S7 block I'm dropping into my S6 FD. I'm still gonna use the S6 loom ( cos the ECUs differ ) . I'm just wondering do I have to change the Crank angle sensors back over to my old S6 ones or will the S7 sensors still work ok with the S6 ECU and loom?

also do I have to upgrade the Ignitor to S7 or just use my old S6 one?

Ignitors didn't change S6 > S8, so can't imagine them changing for the small number in between. Crank angle sensors went to an "A" revision in the late cars, doubt you'll have an issue there either.
