Uh ohh. Your at the very dangerous 65k mark. Watch out for that infamous 60k coolant seal failure. Also that blue is cherry, i often wondered how it would look on a Fd after seeing it on some 350's. Good choice. Good luck with that engine.

I believe it is starting to set in now funny you say that. I am not getting the hard start or white smoke at startup, but the coolant seems to fluctuate and I occasionally get some discharge upon shutdown. I have contacted Dee to see what a rebuild would consume of this winter offseason, seems Dee has been MIA for awhile though.

New/reman/rebuilt engine, upgrade the fuel system, and paint/freshen up all underhood parts and my car is complete. Damn though ....

P.S. Bought this car completely stock 1 year ago.

This is basically almost the exact same setup (exterior wise) that Jose on ISS created for his FD:

Also, where are your front fenderwell undercovers??

Not necesarily, If you pay attention and read through the big list. There were and are quite a few who lose their coolant seals right around 60k. That is not a prison sentence. Lots of people have been lucky and missed that bullet. I was not one of them.

Really, so you happened to choose the 99 front, apex'i sideskirts, and 99 spec wing before even seeing Jose's? Come on.

This is what made me think no fenderliners:

Passenger side.

Car looks great regardless.

The Pettit front doesn't have anywhere to attach the fenderliners on its side nor do they want to slip behind the fender lip. Therefore they just hang on the front side. Only complaint I really have with the front.
