AZ Could ABS or PS removal cause long Beep?

Hi,

I recently purchased a single turbo FD. Most of the issues that the car had I've been able to sort out.

When the car is started it beeps a couple time then goes into a constant beep. I assumed that it was the low coolant warning. The car is pretty much a brand new build so I made sure to completely burp and fill the coolant. Beep is still there and the only other thing I could think of is the power steering and ABS were removed during the build.

Would this cause the constant beep similar to the low coolant warning?

Any help would be appreciated.

might seem like a dumb question, but is the low coolant sensor plugged in?

Pay attention to the number of beeps and how quickly they happen then report back..

Its been a while, but has the ABS computer been removed? Hatch driver's side behind the plastics. I also removed the abs bulb from the cluster.

I appreciate all of the feed back guys.

There is another connector located behind the sterring pump.check if its disconnected.
Here is a picture of what I think is the coolant level sensor along with another sensor that I'm not sure about.

The black and green sensors wiring both merge into the main wire loom under the upper manifold.

There are two connectors near where the PS pump used to be, one green and black.

Kinda confused now.

Pay attention to the number of beeps and how quickly they happen then report back..
When you initially put the key to the on position, it does the normal beeps for a few the does 5 short duration beeps followed by a lower pitched annoying uninterrupted beep that does not go away.

Its been a while, but has the ABS computer been removed? Hatch driver's side behind the plastics. I also removed the abs bulb from the cluster.
I just got the car in August. Bought it from a board member that seems pretty knowledgeable. I'm pretty sure that the PS and ABS were removed during the build. So it new. I'm positive that the bulb is removed. I will check to see if the computer is also during my lunch break.

I didn't pull the plastics panels but the computer looks to be there. Not sure if it's plugged in. Would this cause an issue?

I wish I could give you a definitive answer to that one. Its been a few years since I pulled mine and it was before the car was even running again. I could have sworn I read somewhere that it caused the beeping and the light to come on. You said you have had the car since August? It's been beeping the entire time or it just started?

Its been the entire time. After getting a chance to look more closely I'm positive the empty plugs near where the PS used to be are to those sensors and are my are my problem.

Does anyone know where the rest of the harness for the coolant level sensor goes? Also what about the other sensor? Guess I need to hit up Mazda to see if I can buy the other part of the coolant wiring harness.

Looks like the harness has been modified and that plug doesn't exist anymore. I tried grounding the wire that goes into the harness with no change which means there is a break in connectivity some where.

Looks like my only solution is to run a new wire from the sensor to it appropriate destination. Does anyone know exactly where it goes?
Looked in the fsm but could not find anything related to this sensor.

just to make sure it's the low coolant buzzer does the 'looks coolant light' vaccine on the same time as the buzzing? if so then you can either fix the wiring, replace the wire.... or as mentioned... remove or disable the speaker for it...

Hi everyone. Thanks for the responses. I should of posted when I fixed this issue last year. The car had a wire tuck which was why I was not finding the proper wire connector. I finally found the correct connector and ran a wire from the coolant level sensor to the correct wire. Coolant level sensor is now in perfect working order.
