Cosmo UIM & LIM to FD

Im swapping the stock FD Upper and lower intakes for the larger cosmo ones...problem i have is that i need larger secondry injectors but dont want to f*ck about modifying the fuel rail because iv been told the KG parts one wont fit...

Whats the largest injectors i can fit into the cosmo fuel rail without having to modify anything???

Also iv had an adaptor/spacer plate made to increase the overall length of the UIM to the same size as a stock FD but whats the best thing to use as a gasket between the UIM spacer and Throttle??

Thanks...

I use the 1680 bosch.
I run no ISC (idle speed control), to clear the ign. coils.
Rewire the RE TPS ( throttle position sensor) to the REW plug.

Did they fit right in? A friend who builds engines spoke to Bosch and they said that their 1680cc injectors are gas injectors or some ****...??? And for them to fit into the rail it needed milling 3-4mm??

Was any modification required to the rail to get them to fit?
