Correct Oil Temp ???
I just completed my full motor swap, single turbo, the whole nine and started it. Within about 20 minutes of idle time I pegged my oil temp gauge at 300 degrees. Does anyone know where it should be?? Any help would be greatly apprecaited. Thanks...

You are definitely in trouble if that gauge is reading right. It sounds like the thermostat to your oil cooler(s) is not opening.
My normal oil temps with a single stock cooler range from 190-220 F in daily use. The highest I have ever seen was after the 3rd run on a dyno, where it hit 250 F.
Most guys I've seen with twin oil coolers are running 180-200 F daily use.
