Cooling System Woes Please Assist

Hey guys. I have been having issues with the Filler Neck losing Coolant aswell as a low condition in the Air Seperation Tank. The low filler neck condition results the Coolant Buzzer to come on when the car isnt started with the ignition key turned to start the inside accessories. Yesterday i decided to bleed the system out. I have been hearing bubbling sounds coming from the glove box area indicating there is Air Pockets and they are being pushed through the Heater Core. I have been having this Low Coolant condition ever since the Coolant Hose from the Block to the Firewall blew and i lost all that coolant. Since the replacement of the hose and refilling the system to a thorough Coolant Flush i still havent been able to keep the level at the Filler Neck Full or the AST full. Yesterday evening i decided to bleed the system. I opened the Filler Neck since the car hasnt been driven for a day or so and i see that the level there is visible but its near the very bottom of the Filler Neck. I decided to remove the Coolant hose just behined the throttle body to get as much air out of the system. I began to pour into the filler neck and began to squeeze the lower Rad hose and hose running to the AST to to get as much air out of the system as i poured. Soon as i would pour the level at the neck will fill up, but when i squeezed the lower rad hose or the hose running to the AST immediatly the Coolant will go all the way down to the bottom of the neck. I eventually poured till coolant started coming out of the Coolant line behined the throttle body the highest point in the system. The level at the Filler neck now remained at the top. I observed the level at the neck for the next 10 minutes and it didnt go down. I decided to leave the Cap off now at the filler neck overnight to see if the level would drop. I didnt start the car or anything when i got the level topped off. Well this morning i opened the hood and to my dismay the Coolant level dropped about half way down the Filler neck again. Whats going on?

For me, I derailed my throttle body coolant line years ago. Even then, I never used that approach to fill coolant. I squeeze the coolant radiator hoses as I fill. This pushes the coolant through and pushes the air back out through the filler neck. However, depending on your car setup, you may not have easy access to those hoses without removing the intake or IC.

Here's what I would suggest:

1. Top off the coolant and use a funnel on sitting on the filler neck.
2. When the coolant gets towards the funnel (i.e. it's getting full), squeeze the radiator hoses. This will cause the coolant to rise into the filler neck and then go back down. If there is room left in the engine block, the level will go down to the bottom of the filler neck and will need more coolant.
3. Keep doing 1 & 2 until when you squeeze the hoses, the level doesn't change.
4. Start the car and take it for about a 10 minute drive. Turn the heater on full during the drive.
5. Let the car cool and then start at step #1 again.
6. After one or two passes, the coolant should eventually stay full.

If you have problems after that, then you might have a bigger issue.

There he is Mahjik to the rescue haaa. Mahjik the thing is though i performed Step 1 and 2 and the Coolant level stayed full. How come without starting the car or anything the level dropped by itself to the lower half of the neck?

Could be air working its way out of the system. As the air leaves, the coolant height in the filler neck will decrease. This is why I do the squeezing of the radiator hoses as it forces the air out right then. If you aren't seeing any coolant leaking on the floor, then that's most likely what's happening.
