cooling fan connector part number

I have searched numerous times including archives and came up with nothing. The previous owner chop and hacked the stock cooling fan motor connectors to the point that zip ties are a necessity to keep them together. My FD is down for engine bay cleaning, Evans conversion, and V-mount installation so replacing broken connectors while I'm at it just make sense. So if anyone has a connector part number list or can point me to it I would appreciate it. At the very least if I can get a reasonable substitution.

Not sure if this will help as I haven't ever used this site, but I do remember someone posting this here on the forum when looking for a radiator fan connector...
