cooled TB/uim?
Interesting stuff on phenolic spacers, would be for uim. also made by outlaw engineering.

For warm climates, could also run cool fluid through the TB. A thin coat of RTV to replace the tb/uim gasket would allow cooling of the uim near the tb. Coolant could be wiper fluid, with mini exchanger, etc.
I would predcict lower iat's for around town, but no big et changes.

I really don't think you'd get any worthwhile benefit from phenolic spacers, especially on a turbocharged car. Makes sense with a carb, since the carb can get superheated and the fuel in the float bowls can boil.
Mazda actually has a phenolic spacer between the primary fuel rail and block - that's what that little plastic piece is . Helps minimize fuel boiling in the rail after a hot shutdown.
