coolant pressure drop or not?

coolant pressure drop or not?
I pressure-tested my coolant system twice, and both times came back with about a 1-3 psi loss after letting it sit about 24-30 hours. Is that substantial enough to say that there definitely is a problem, or is that considered normal? Also, could it just be the tester?
