Just did a few mods, no rats nest and I got a new tb and it did not have a coolant port. My ? is how many small coolant ports on the water neck do I need and which ones can I cap off?

On the coolant filler neck? You cant block any off if your just removing the TB coolant line. If your removing the heater matrix, you can block off the line right at the bottom on the left, just above where the lower rad hose goes. The only other nipple out of that thing goes to the AST. So unless your removing that, you need it too.
