You might just have air pockets in the cooling system. Top it off, then cool it down, then top it off, etc. until it won't take anymore. You should also get the system pressure tested to find out if there are any leaks.

All this and not once have you mentioned that you checked the coolant level when the car was cold ?? ? ? ? ? Was the level topped off each time before you drovee the car ? ? ? ?

Go out and get it pressure tested as soon as posible. You might want to check the wire to the sensor as well; that it's not frayed and grounding out.

Have you checked to see what code your ecu is throwing? The coolant level sensor should not send off a check engine light(I think).

If it's leaking into your oil you will notice that the oil on the dipstick looks milky. If it smells like coolant from your exhaust or you get little champagne bubbles in the coolant when you crank it up in the morning, then you need to save for a rebuild. It only takes about 5 minutes to check your check engine light codes. Just get a little wire and jump the TEN and GND pins in the diagnosis box under the hood. Note how many long and short flashes there are.

You can also try checking your thermostat. I had the same problem a while ago and changed the thermostat, radiator, and AST at the same time. Keep topping off the coolant and see if the buzzing goes away.

Thumbs up

Hey I just had a problem like this almost sounds exact, and now its gone. Is your aluminum radiator vertical? Or better yet do you have a pic? I have some advice straight from the experts at RE, R-magic, Cockpit and my mechanic..
Jason

When Im answered, I will fill you in, this is GREAT! If you have an aftermarket radiator and its vertical you know what a pain in the *** it is to get the air out, right?. My air was out after a flush. After filling the air was gone in less then 20 minutes and never had any air problems again. This is the same system used on the aboves race cars. Easy and cheap to install, does require some welding but it will be cheap.

Try this.

This what I did to fix the same problem. Remove radiator cap then remove 3/8" water hose at the back of the throttle body. Fill this hose with water untill it comes out cap. This highest point in the system and air gets trapped here. I had to this twice. I have not seen or heard the buzzer in a month now. Hope it work for you.

When you first start it in the morning, look in the filler neck and ast. If you see little bubbles coming up then we might have some bad news for you.

Coolant seal man, Mine does the same ****. Engine compression is passing into the cooling system causing air pockets that rise to the top whan car is off. Then when you statr the car all the air trapped at the top causes the buzzer to go off

Just for the hell of it try replacing your AST cap. It may not be working right. Or get a friends to borrow, let your car cool down and try it again with someone elses cap to see if thats it(not the water neck cap with the yellow label). I dont mean to rant but get the aluminum AST as soon as possible, its not worth chancing a overheat with the stock plastic one in place.

I had the same problem with my 2nd gen and it was the sensor. I am sure the 3rd gen setup is basically the same. so you might try to replace it they aren't very expensive
