Coolant Buzz when key is turn.....

for some reason after any other drive on my FD the coolant buzzer beep comes on. That is when I turn off car, and turn the key back to on to just on. Well anyways no coolant lost. Cause I try opening and hot coolant splash all over me. I thought it ran out of coolant. But no coolant loss. Engine stills runs perfect. Compression was at 95lbs on both rothers consistant.

Maybe sensor going bad. Hopefully not apex seals.
Or is that a sign of Apex seals going.

you could replace the sensor first and see if it fixes. Maybe it just got disconnected. I think it's somewhere down by the oil filter.

if the coolant is splashing all over you then you should replace the Thermostat as well. Maybe it starting to malfunction and you don't know. My car did that to me 2 weeks ago and when I changed the thermostat the seal around it was all sticky and distorted so was the center piece so I think it was getting stuck and not opening, hope this helps.

but would that thermostat indicate that my car is overheating. Because I think it is normal for a hot car to shoot and splash coolant when the radiator cap is open.
