Constant noise from tranny until clutch is applied?

Throwout bearing and clutch assembly have 300 miles, is the only possible cause of this a faulty throwout bearing?

First thought would be a noisey input shaft bearing on the transmission.

I'm unsure if the 7 has one but check to see if the pilot bearing is there in your flywheel, that can cause noise as well causing the same issue mad 7tist said. I don't own a seven yet but consider looking your car over.....maybe check fluid level in it!

Fluid is fresh, power bleed and clutch feels solid.
