Coating on interior plastic

I have done some searching but found where only sanding will remove the 93 interior plastic coating. I have done this before and it takes a lot of sanding. I want to do another car now and wondered if anyone found a stripper that would take it off easier. I want to paint these
Thanks

Find some ELO (Easy Lift Off) at a hobby shop. Put it on the plastic, let it sit overnight, and it should come right off in the morning.

sorry if this is a newb question but i just got my FD back in july....is it a stock coating on there that feels kinda sticky almost like its a latex based paint or rattle can paint? Cause i can scrape it off with my finger nail and its really annoying and ugly to say the least. I was wanting to strip it off and paint it the right way.
