coating DP

what is the best stuff to cover one's DP in?
and do any of them come with heat coating?

sorry if this sounds like another stupid question.. cause it probably is...

wrap it in 8 layers of thermotec wrap, it makes the turbos spool up a little faster as well as greatly reduces underhood temps. after a hard run, i can grab my dp with my bear hands! it also seems to make the spool up of the turbos a little louder. the bad part is that it might collect water and rust the dp but i would not worry about that.
