Clutch master cylinder replacement
I have to replace my clutch master cylinder, it seems pretty straight forward but I don't have the shop manual, so if anyone has any pointers for me I'd greatly appreciate it

Removal is the easy part. When you get ready to insert the new one, take off either the bottom or both of the inspection plates from the bellhousing so that you can actually visually confirm that the shaft of the master cylinder sits in the indented round grove of the clutch fork.
I made the mistake of just inserting blindly and not checking it to be properly seated and, after a few pedal motion it slipped off the fork, came apart, got stuck between the fork and the housing under pressure and when freed, scattered inside the bellhousing. I had visions of having to take out the tranny but, I was able to retrieve the parts with magnets and save the day.
