Clutch is getting stuck
Hi, I have a single turbo setup with Exedy hyper twin plate clutch kit.
The problem is when cold or the first 15 min of the drive is fine.
But after the engine becomes hot the pedal start getting stuck like is half down.
I changed the master / slave cylinder ( new from Mazda )
Fluid is Motul 100% synthetic brake fluid
I'm thinking of the down pipe is close to the master???
But brakes are working fine.
Any suggestions please??
Thanks

Constant threat
Did you change the slave and master cylinder because you were already experiencing this problem? Or did the problem start happening once you changed the cylinders? If the latter, I agree with you simply need to bleed the system REALLY good. If you had the problem BEFORE you changed out the two cylinders and are still experiencing the issue, then there is something wrong with your clutch, more than likely.

Hi Bajaman,
I changed the master and slave cylinders because the problem was already there. I have a massive turbo with a 3" down pipe, and is very close to the master cylinder. I made an Kevlar cover for the master but I think is not enough.
I was thinking to make a cover made from carbon fiber.
The clutch I'm 100% that every thing is ok.
