Clutch Conversion

It seem that the previous owner installed an ORC Carbon Series Clutch with an ORC Push conversion kit. I do not have enough knowledge to understand why they choose to go that route but now the throwout bearing is bad and needs to be replaced and I am having the hardest time trying to locate one. Anyone know or can point me in right direction would be grateful. Only marking on the bearing is TK45-4B which pulls up a bearing. But I need the whole assembly. I tried to hit up Nengun and RHDjapan nothing yet. If I go the route of converting back to oem pull style do i only need to get the oem throwout bearing and fork?

Take it to a place that sells and fits clutches, they will sizes it up and they might press a new one on for you its just a bearing that will fit many many different cars.

Unfortunately the Bearing Assembly is also damaged and needs to be replaced.
