Cluster stop working on 94'Base Automatic

I have a 94 FD automatic that's been sitting for over a year had 78xxx miles. Well I just got the car running and the cluster just stop working. It was working previously when I first got it to my garage. The odometer, tach, and speedometer all stop working. Everything else still works im stumped what could of cause this? I checked all the fuses but nothing is blown. I mean this was just working before any input will be appreciated?

The clusters are notorious for going bad. Often its a faulty capacity on the circuit board. There is a place in Texas that repairs them, but I forget the name. Do a search on here.
