Here are the symptoms : clunks + “riding over bumps” feeling during slow turns while applying power, If not power is applied of if I press the clutch to turn sound is very minimal.
Please ignore the missing trim, It will be installed soon.
Any help will be much appreciated
Thank you everyone !

Look for missing or loose PPF or dif hanger boltnuts.
What is the mileage? My similar clunk probably was due to very high mileage driveshafts (the ones to the rear wheels) or dif.
Clunk finally went away when I replaced both with newer.
So I don't know for sure.

Mazda callls them driveshafts and the main driveshaft, they call the propeller shaft.
I replaced the dif and the ring gear assembly. This may have included new spacer shims.
I replaced what you call the cv axles.
When first got the car I had similar clunking which I could not trace. Someone suggested spraying liquid wrench on the pillow *****, which seemed to help for a good while.
I slowly replaced all bushings and pillow ***** with new, or used ones in better shape.
It is an exercise as expensive as replacing an engine.

And no longer have any clinking/clocking/buzzing or banging.

Normally I would say it's probably the pillowballs, diff mount, or a driveshaft u-joint.
But since this looks like a stripped out JDM track car (one of us, one of us!), it's possible that you have an aftermarket LSD that's making (at least some of) the noise.
Do the tires chip a bit when turning really tightly?
Lift the car up and see if both of the rear wheels spin the same direction.
The fact that your hatch is stripped out means that every little noise your rear end makes is going to be amplified.
