Hey guys, I was just wondering what other fd owners thought of these clear tailights. Love em, hate em, would be worth buying?

 

on a FD hate em... especially stock bodied. Save your self some money and flaming and do the 99 spec conversion yourself with only a couple of dollars in paint

 

i agree, i think they look terrible. they make it look like you trying to hard on your car.. just doesn't fit...

 

... i absolutely hate them. i can assure you that 19 out of 20 members on this forum will agree that it looks disgusting. reminds me of the rx8 (which i bet they tried to copy) taillights which i hate also.

 

Hmmm, they suck. If you want rice, buy a box of Uncle Ben's.......

I hate those light. They are for ricer's

 

This style of lights needs to stay on the Altezza, where they are OEM design and quality. I guarantee these are low quality water traps and bound to get you laughed at at any race track.

Personally I do not like them but I think it mostly depends on with which color they are place.

 

I double dog dare someone to install those on their FD, take a picture and post it here.

 

on my rx8 I like them since they some what fit the car. Like saynotopistons mentioned it looks like they tried to copy the rx8 lights. On my seven I wouldn't touch them with a 20 ft pole. Just plain horrible, but its your car dude do what ever you want. I went with the '99 spec lights. Bought the real ones since I knew I'd f*ck them up if I tired to convert my old lights myself.

These are even worse. They do look extremely cheap and every rice boy in america have a pair of lights like this.

There is this thing we call freedom of choice.... but as far as oppinions go, I think you can spend your $$ better than this... get an alumninum ast, for instance....

 

Whoever designed them should get their hand cut off and shot for not having good taste.

It extremely disgusting. If I see anybody have it on their 7 around here will get jack.
