Clean Low Mile '93 on BAT
33K-Mile 1993 Mazda RX-7 Touring | Bring a Trailer
Will be interesting to see what this one brings on BAT, my guess is $17k... I think the fact that it's a Canadian car will scare off a lot of interested buyers, also the community on that board seem to like to scare everyone about smog/registration. Great looking car though and that mileage is really attractive.

Came here to see if a thread had been made on this yet.
BaT seems simultaneously scared of and enamored with FDs. And I think you're right that other Canadian cars seem to have scared off some bidders. But FBs have been selling pretty well there (a nice GSL-SE just sold for 13k) and it's also the place were NA Miatas sell for $9k, so this could get interesting. I'll guess about $20 by the end.
Will be fun to watch. Been waiting for an FD to show up in the auctions there.

Why? Because of the import issue? At least it's not a RHD. Should make it easier.
I used to know someone who imported cars from Canada to US as a business. Unfortunately, lost track of him (divorced). But there was a set and repeatable process to bring them over...
P.S. Detroit borders Windsor, Ontario, so we're used to crossing the bridge (or through the tunnel) to Canada and back.

Great to hear it went to someone who is going to give it the proper attention it deserves. It looks like a really nice car, would love to get a report on it.
