I don't know about IC piping but it would work for Intake piping....Kinda depends on how much psi of pressure it could take before splitting at the seams.

Who said anything about the IC?? I thought the title said intake?

If wouldn't count on it myself. It might be good for whatever low ammount of vaccum an intake sees, but for holding pressure, i duno.

i think that the intercooler pipes are 3in cause i tried to use a intake pipe coupler off a honda cold air on my crossover pipe for a coupler there.it had 2.5 on the honda coupler and i had to put alot off heat on it and really work it hard to make it fit .i emailed those folks to see if itwould hold up to pressure ,i did that yesterday,so i'll keep ya posted.

u would have to admit ,this idea would help us out alot !and its a damn good one for intake pipes.
