CHILE "Custom" Trust FMIC Piping & Fluidyne Rad Install - Questions Inside -

Guys,

I just installed a TRUST FMIC and Fluidyne Radiator I had from the forum.

No piping and manuals at all, so I had to figure out how to install it.

Here is the result for future installers reference...

During install & manufacturing I noticed something that look wrong and would like to know if so...

On this side...

Do this need to be covered when you do Non Seq Conversion ??

Why is this bolt half out ??? Is not right ??

Thanks Guys !!!!

That hole that's open is for the air pump air. With the air pump gone, it doesn't do anything. Long term, it would be nice to get a blockoff plate to make it look cleaner but short term it's fine.

The mystery bolt is probably to hold a bracket or something. You can probably remove it. It should be fairly obvious what it's there for.

That mystery 'bolt' is not a bolt at all...

It's a nut at the end of a stud... More particulay the stud/nut that holds the secondary turbo inlet pipe on.... (the cast aluminum at bottom of the stud is the inlet pipe)

Yes that needs to be tight, I would also suggest checking to make sure the gasket is in place before you tighten that back down.... Best way to get at it.... Probably from the top... Should be a 10mm nut....

Ok, so it needs to be tight...!!! I will try to do it today... I have an idle issue, probably not related to the nut but anyway I need to work on my car today...

And bumblebee7 is right... VIVA CHILE MIERDA...!!! jajajaja

Thanks to all...

If that's the secondary turbo inlet pipe then I find it easier to get to it from the bottom, simply get under the car right behind the passenger side wheel and reach you hand up.
