Nice job Dane, simple and to the point.
It's nice to see a good idea once in a while <G>
And I'm glad you have the passion to make
this so others can have the same. More power to ya!

However, I submit my own version of the PFC
mount as presented on the Forum 3 months ago
https://www.rx7club.com/vforums/show...threadid=15511

Or you can go here for more details:
http://reganrotaryracing.tripod.com/momo.htm

Shame I don't have to time to mass produce mine to give you a wee bit o'competition ;-)
Toodles,
Crispy

Crispy,

I remeber seeing your mount when you posted it before. Very nice. I actually was planning on making a mount similar to your's but decided aginst it because I didn't want a mount that would have the change to scuff up the dash over time. Nice job though.

hehe...
Dane, glad to see someone remembers me <sniff>
Was I your inspiration? Please say it was so pleeeeez

FWIW Scuffing? <aghast> Never! Ah, but you see the Crisper mount is gaar-run-teeeed not to scuff your dash <G> It will leave nary a mark to it's presence if removed ;-) But enough...
I eagerly await to hear feedback of your entrepreneurial adventure into the manufacture of aluminum baubles. I wish you the best, honestly I do :-)
Although if it was me I'd be charging $40 instead of $25...like that $50 cupholder that monopolized the market.
The smell of capitalism.......
Regards,
Crispy

Both holders look great, but I would actually prefer CrispyRX7's version simply because I don't want to into my a/c console piece. Also, it's kind of a pain to get that piece out of there... you gotta remove the gauge cluster cover to access two of the screws holding it in, etc. If anyone is gonna produce CrispyRX7's design, I would be interested in buying one.

Matt,
I have used both of the preset boost setting. I use the low boost setting most of the time and very rarely use the high boost setting. The car runs great on both, but I see close to 90% duty cycle on the high boost setting so I don't use it too much.
