It does say it's a "universal" fit model, though.
I have a couple friends that work over at SP and they say that the HP #'s are correct......but like Jimlab....I'll wait to see if for myself.
Another funny thing with this car is people are saying that it has already run mid 9's and will debut at the Texas race coming up. I'm very curious to see if that is true.....that much power through the 7's factory independent rear??? Let's just say that it ain't happening! Plus the torque will tweak the unibody out of place.....I've looked under it and never saw any reinforcements or anything. It could do it with the right mods.....but that's alot of mods!

I think the funniest part is that they ruined the ground clearance and steering geometry to fit the engine in and still had to create a Frankenstein hood to cover it. Yes, they made it fit, but that's hardly what I'd call a showcase of engineering talent or workmanship.
I'll also believe any numbers concerning the car when I see dyno sheets or a video. Alex hasn't shown himself to be the most honest individual, in my opinion.
I may have put a Chevrolet engine in my car, but it was extremely well planned out and no subsystems of the car were compromised or altered, nor was the weight balance, and I didn't have to commit a war crime on my hood.

Id dont think they really care about steering geometry. Doesnt really look like they built it to run an auto cross.http://www.supraforums.com/supravb/a...&postid=264760

It wouldnt look so bad if they put a reverse scoop right before the engine and left it open till it matched with the lines of the car.. That is if the motor ever goes below the lines of the car.. Only prob wit that is those damn turbos.. I would say wit what they had that they prob did the best they could.. To me it dosent look all that bad.. But i wouldnt drive it..
Just realized how bad the fit is on that hood... LOL.. Look how big the gap is on the drivers side.
