check engine light codes - what now?

i've had this 2nd FD since Dec 31 2002 (great new years present eh) and i noticed the check engine light come on for the first time last weekend. i pulled off the road and shut off my engine with the quickness. 5 minutes later i start her back up and everything's all good. the light came on again 2 days ago and now i was really worried. well i ran the diagnostic today and here's what came up:

5- knock sensor
9- water thermosensor
11- intake air thermosensor
12- throttle sensor (full range)
16- EGR Valve (California only)
18- throttle sensor (narrow range)
23- fuel thermosensor

i don't know if that all happened since i've had the car or all those codes were just uncleared whenever the previous own got it worked on. at least none of my solenoids and bad i guess that's something to be happy about. weird thing is #16, i live in CA but i think the car came from arizona, which came from indiana before that.

anyways, what should i do now to get all these problems cleared?
only thing i'm sure of is that i'm going to replace #9 with a miata thermosensor.

thanks in advanced
kris

I thought they were supposed to clear after 3 times driving the car or something like that.

try reseting the ecu and see if they come back. the miata thermosensor is a good idea any way. You should also do the fan mod at the same time and get a water temp and boost gauge to keep an eye on everything.

BTW, the "thermoswitch" and "thermosensor" are two different things.

It's the "Miata Thermoswitch".

Kinda funny that every single one of your thermosensors is messed up. I'd reset the ECU and see what happens.
