This is bull **** though:

Customer Service Policy: Domestic shipping rates include service only within the Continental USA,where UPS ground shipment is available. Excluding our Body Kit and Spoiler auctions,(Due to size limitations,we can only ship larger items within the Continental U.S.)International shipping rates include AK, HI, GU, VI, PR, PO Boxes, Military address/base,APO/FPO and Canada. Only "International Money Orders" or American Express credit cards are accepted payment methods from non-U.S. bidders.
When they ship to a APO/FPO address they only pay shipping to California, from there the military ships it to us overseas for free, I think they could actually get in a lot of trouble for charging us international shipping if sombody pushed it..

i'm betting that if you just e-mail the place they will sell it to you for the price.. you shouldn't have to bid against each other..

you are not going to find ANY strut tower bar that is sufficient for a harness bar. Strut bolts are not strong enough.

Hey all,
The bar came today, I have yet to install it but I will take some pics. The quality is decent, obviously nothing special but for the price as long as it works i'll be 100% satisfied. Basically the end links are painted flat black and the bar itself is polished aluminum, nothing fancy, which I actually prefer. There are however some flaws and knicks in the end links, the finish isn't that smooth. The bar itself is much nicer, but again there are some tiny flaws in the finish. More to come...

Update: Ok got the bar installed finally and took some pics. As far as how well it works, I can't honestly say I've noticed a big difference, but I've yet to get a chance to go up GMR and do my "test" (the road is closed right now). If anything the steering feels slightly more "connected", like if I swerve back and forth then the car will want to change direction faster. However this could all be my imagination, who knows. The fitment was only so-so imo. It doesn't rub anything (I'd say there is 1/4" clearance at the y-pipe which is the closest point) but the holes seem to be slightly misaligned so the bar doesn't go on perfectly straight. The design allows for misalignment but you'd think they would just make it as straight as possible. You can see what I mean in the pics. Despite this I still think its a killer deal, $30 shipped.

Here is a pic showing what I mean by misalignment:

For $30 it doesn't LOOK too bad. Of course, you could polish it yourself if you wanted more shine. If I didn't have an R-1 I would probably be interested in it.

Hey martini, is the Bomz version exactly the same? Mine is from procarparts. They don't carry it anymore though, I think I got the last one.
