Hey guys,

I know that the EGR valves go bad quite frequently on 3rd Gens, so of course mine is toast. Since the car is a California model, the "Check Engine" light comes on alot.

I am selling the car now, and I want to fix the engine light, but don't want to spend $150 on an a new EGR valve. How do you CA guys fix this problem? Some sort of vaccum switch? Where to get and how much $$?
