Charge Relief Grief......

Im pretty sure that m,y charge relief valve is sticking because my car wont boost past 4500 rpms and a loud whoosh comes out similar to the sound when your not at full throttle and you have open crv and bov. whats my best bet as far as resolving this ?? thanks in advance.

switch it with BOV, see if problem is now with primary turbo. Other than that it's easy to check it. Just remove it and apply up to 10 hg of vacuum and see if you can blow through it. That's all

See if someone local to you has replaced their stock BOV with an aftermarket one. Then just get their stock BOV and replace your CRV with it to see if it fixes your problem.
