What year is your car? Mine is a 93 so I had to change everything. The 94's have black door panels so you don't have to change those. Here are my costs to do it off the top of my head:
Carpet 285
Divider 100
Doors 75
Seat belts 85
Visors 45
Headliner 100
Sunroof switch 35
Bins 125
Quarter pnl 120
Door sills 20(one painted, other originally black)
Kick panels 0(painted them)
Seats 600(Corbeau Forza racing seats, with sliders. Add 78 for chrome inserts, Add 300 for 5 point racing harnesses)
Floor Mats ???(haven't got them yet)
TOTAL: $1,968 w/racing seats
TOTAL: $ 990 w/out racing seats, add maybe 300-400 for nice stock black seats.
The other part is you can recoop(sp?) some costs by selling your tan parts, but you don't get too much for them. I think I got like 50 for the headliner, 75 for the bins, 10 for sill covers, 30 for kick panels. Still have seats, seat belts, visors, and sunroof switch for sale.
That is what I spent, or am going to spend. I haven't got the seats or floor mats yet. Let me know if you have any questions or know anyone needing tan interior parts

Mine used to be tan. I have a write up from like almost 2 years ago. Cost was about 750 in total. The seats were from leatherseats.com (600), and I bought used carpet for 125.

If you can find all the black replacements in a timely fashion, it wont be cheap... heres my break down on pricing:
Carpet--250
reat seat conversion -950
leather seats ---600
door panels ---350/pr
kick panels ---45
gas door/hatch plastic cover -35
black seat belts---100
painted the roof liner
painted the sunroof liner
so around 2350 with shipping and whatnot. i am thoroghly satisfied, i hated the tan, BRUTAL. too bad my car is a strictly a downhill racer now.
