Changing Pulleys on My RX7

Hi again,

Looking at putting the SR Motorsports Pulley kit on my 1995 car, and was wondering if anyone knew of any good sites or guides on the best way to undo the existing pulleys without them trying to turn round all the time!

For the waterpump pulley, I wedged a screwdriver across the bolt heads to hold the pulley, and the alternator I had off of the car and I used the old belt by wrapping it around the pulley and then putting the belt in a vice to pull it tight around the pulley. Hope that helps.
