change drain shifter fluid oil

hello, anyone knows how to change or drain the fluid in the shifter reservoir? The oil looks real dirty, I can even see the shifter bushing seat in the shifter hole.

I was thinking just to use a tube and suck out but is there a draining bolt?

Suck it out or stuff an absorbent rag in there and get it out .I do not remember a drain plug but you are working on it so look to be sure .

IIRC, there are two drain holes for the transmission, but none for the shifter reservoir. I think I just used a small section of hose with a siphon bulb. ~$3 from Walmart.

Yes. IIRC, the FSM also calls for greasing the ball-joint pivot and the lower bushing.
