Cel 12, 18, 28???

Im looking at the shop manual but I still dont know what they mean. My idle is bad. Its low and bouncy. I just got it running today so we're trouble shooting.

All help appreciated,

looks like 12 and 18 are tps codes and 28 is an EGR code which doesnt make much sense as my 95 doesnt have an egr(im betting its because of my other two codes)
