Injector duty drops to 0%

At idle my injector duty is about 5%. If I am driving along at say 25% and let off the throttle it drops to 0% and stays there until I either come to a stop and idle or until I hit the gas again.

That normal?

Yes, it's perfectly normal, any modern FI system does this.
