Cat with air pump hookup

I am in the market for a new cat because one of the members of my local club needed to borrow it for inspection and never returned it.

What I need to know is, who sells cats that have an air pump hookup.

Also, what is the possibility of getting the air pump hooked up to my midpipe? Would hooking it up to the midpipe even work?

Thanks in advance.

The exhaust gas in the midpipe pipe is not there long enough to benifit from added air from injected o2. Or however you want to describe it. The cat has baffles that slows the exhaust gas so that it can "diluted and burned" before passing through. Thank the democrats for that bit of stupidity.

The Random Technology high flow cat has a tube for an air pump connection, or at least the one I had did.

Mufflers have baffles, not catalytic converters. Read up...

Ceramic honeycomb catalyst structure, not baffle, I stand corrected I guess.
Is a ceramic honeycomb catalyst structure not intended to impede the exhaust gas?
baf·fle P Pronunciation Key (bfl)
tr.v. baf·fled, baf·fling, baf·fles

To impede the force or movement of.

Did you get any money for your cat? Your saying someone on here stole it? You should post in the feedback section about it.

I bought the car about two years ago. It did not have the cat installed at the time and therefore would not pass emissions however, when I bought it, the previous owner did give me the cat. I did some research, and found that rotaries do not burn as clean as the govt. would like. I promptly put the cat on for emissions purposes, passed, then took it back off.

Fast forward a couple of months and I got wooked up with my local rotary club. One of the guys there wasnt passing emissions either. I offered to let him use it so he called, came over and picked it up. I told him that I would pick it up later but spaced it and eventually just didnt worry about it because, I wasnt getting tested for another 6-7 months.

I was reading on the forum one day and came across a thread that some guy had blown his motor. I saw that he lived in Utah and the avatar looked like his car. I asked if it was him and he said yes. I asked for my cat back and he never replied. I later called and left a message. No return or word from him. I have called several other times but I always get a stupid answering machine.

I want to persue but I was the one who told him that I would come and pick it up after I let him use it.
