carbon guage pod pics

Here are some pics of boost guage pod I made out of unidirectional carbon. I didn't like the standard pillar housings so I had to make my own. I dig it. Some of you may not. It's pretty easy to do. The most time was spent getting the pod to mate to the contour of the pillar.

I can make the same exact thing with the cardboard roll in the middle of toilet paper. I just need some black spray paint.

Not bad, might look better if you had a couple more on the pillar.
How is it mounted? Could you make the whole A-pillar with the pod/pods molded in?

Very creative. I think it would look better if it was a little shorterthough.

cool new idea. Dont really like the contrast between the vinyl a pillar and the carbon fiber, but its a good idea. You should make it a little shorter though. Good job.
