I'm trying hard to be tolerant, but I just can't manage it.
A cover for the ABS unit, which is already under the hood, has just got to be one of the dumbest ideas I have ever seen posted here. No wait, a carbon fiber cover. There, now it's perfect.
This is how to enjoy a car. Put key in ignition. Turn key. Drive fast until broken. Fix and repeat.
Done best with the hood down, and as little excess garbage attached as possible.

thats a fairly naive mindset.... some people enjoy things visually as well , not just physically.
would you date/marry a woman with the face of a troll, simply because you enjoy the way she "rides"?

some people like to go for the whole package since for majority of us, this is one of our dream cars. we dont just want performance, we want aesthetics as well.
i dont neccessarily agree with the abs cover, as i got rid of mine, but i do get it, it is ugly looking.
that is the worst comparison ive ever heard. just because people want a abs cover doesnt mean they dont drive their car.... so how is that relevant to "would u date a woman u never rode"

ok back on topic...
i see show car all the time with carbon fiber covers or at least polished aluminum shrouds.
if you looking for a clean and tucked engine bay look and also want to keep your abs you dont have many options besides these to things or doing some trick custom coating with actual abs with nickel and chrome. (see this before btw...i was killer)

One of my shock tower clay molds broke(my fault) and the other turned out pretty good. I have had zero time to try and lay fiberglass in it to test it but hopefully i will this coming weekend. If that works out i will begin the abs cover, center section, and driver side area molds.
