Carbon Buildup on Secondary Runners

Any idea what could be causing carbon buildup on the secondary runners? Double Throttle Valves?

Doesn't look to be much buildup at all really. Nothing other than what's normal anyways.

Reversion pulses; lots of operation under vacuum, e.g., cruising. Normal unless you're wide open all the time.

Note that porting can also make the condition more pronounced.
