Is it flooded? I know that sounds crazy but some people get crazy with the hylomar and other stuff when doing the rebuilds and it can foul the plugs. Go spend $24 on new plugs. If you are getting fuel and spark, then that only leaves compression or plugs being fouled.

Battery?

djseven has some good advice. Also make sure your battery is strong, especially after a rebuild (ask me how I know).

best of luck.

Definitely not compression If the injectors are getting a signal verify that they are actually spraying fuel and also make sure you have brand new plugs. A first time startup can foul plugs.

just got it cranked...its somthing fuel related. i used a jumper wire to send a signal to the injectors so there was enough fuel to crank, it started briefly then died, then i put a vice grip on the return line at the tank & it started & ran...so i dont think its getting enough fuel pressure but im not sure why!? it has a brand spankin new supra tt pump brand new fuel filter & brand new fuel pressure regulator...????? forgot to mention the regulator was reading 35psi with the clamp on the return line at idle but after we turned it off & took the clamp off it went down to 20psi
